For the second block challenge I took elements from the book "Rosie's Walk" to design my block. Although, the book is fiction, I created it for my granddaughter, Rosie. I focused on a few elements I thought would be fun to create. I used raw edge applique with various fabrics and decorative stitching to make this block.
