Block #10, Food & Drink. I am a sucker for pastry so couldn't resist the cover of this magazine. Like most cookbooks, it has just sat on my shelf. I'm so glad I bought it though because I finally got to try hexies! (Upon further examination these are pentagons.) It was fun deciding on what fabrics to use for the tarts. They aren't too crazy but I feel like I dipped my toe in abstract as they are more representational than my norm. Taking baby steps and loving it!
