Barbara Hippe
'Anything is Possible' follows Lucy Barton, of Strout’s earlier book, 'My Name is Lucy Barton'. Despite difficult themes, I find this book ultimately uplifting and hopeful, and I love the title. So will figure out how to add the text later, along with the farmhouse windows, when I learn more techniques. I have a stash of blue fabrics, so easy first project choice. I did not have a blue that fades into pink, however, so improvised. With grunge! Not particularly a grunge fan, but it works and gets the job done, as noted by Margaret in the first workshop video. I have never used fusible, so was inspired to get that 'purple packet' and try. So easy! I appreciate all of the tips and tricks that were presented so clearly.
