Since Colorado is known for its breathtaking natural beauty and stunning views, we were really hoping to find a cover image that incorporated its famed landscapes. Luckily for us, many of our subjects were willing to join our outdoor escapades to seek that out. For instance, the Issue 28: Colorado cover shows a glimpse of Red Rocks, which sit west of Denver. And Astra (2022), Katie Zahmās featured quilt, is both stunning and classicāwith colors that complement the environment around it, fitting perfectly in the space.Ā
And, apparently, our readers agree! So many of you wrote to us asking for more information about Astra, a pattern that Katie designed herself.
