For 10 years, we’ve journeyed to towns, studios, and communities across the country, exploring the stories behind the stitches. Now, for the first time, we’re coming together in one place. And we begin where Quiltfolk began—in Eugene, Oregon, just blocks from the small office where the idea first took shape.

This September, join us for something new. More than a workshop and unlike a trade show, Event 01 blends inspiring presentations, hands-on stitching, curated quilt exhibits, and meaningful conversations into a one-of-a-kind Quiltfolk experience.

It’s a chance to spend time with friends and fellow quiltfolk—to connect, to learn, and to be part of something shared. We can’t wait to see you in person, in Eugene, in September!

Your Ticket Includes:

  • Two full days of programming
  • Catered lunch both days
  • Coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries each morning
  • Complimentary event parking
  • Access to all presentations, panels, and exhibitions
  • Meet-and-greets with presenters and the Quiltfolk team
  • Interactive games, raffles, and community activities

The Venue by Market of Choice resides within the modernized walls that began as the old Eugene Planing Mill. After housing a range of organizations, the Wright family purchased it to create a distinct, upscale, urban event space. Crisp industrial lines of concrete and steel are warmed with light woods, modern lighting, and attention to detail. The historic mill space is now a distinct, adaptable, urban event space in the Eugene/Springfield area, providing a home to a great range of events from extravagantly beautiful weddings to simple corporate retreats, exclusive fundraisers, and community gatherings.

There are a number of great accomodations near the event venue. Lodging recommendations are available now in the attendee hub.

The nearest airport is Eugene Airport (EUG), located about 20 minutes from the venue.

We’ll also share a selection of local attractions to help you make the most of your time in Eugene.

We understand that plans can change. At the same time, Quiltfolk Event 01 is intentionally limited to 275 attendees and requires advance planning.
