One of my goals has been to rely on my 20 year old stash. I have enjoyed playing with the patterns presented, so the applique designswere fun to do. I have been adding embroidery embellishments. I feltthe diagonal striped fabric could replace the machine pieced patterns. I skipped ahead and completed the fans since I had a template that worked perfectly. It is bright, but I am enjoying it.
