Block #7, Needle-Turn Applique/Female Author. This representation of Agatha Christie's classic, Murder on the Orient Express, was perfect for applique. Sewing the train and track down by hand with needle-turn applique was not easy. There were lots of curves and points! HeatnBond held the other pieces in place while I sewed around them with my machine. I enjoyed reproducing the signature. It balanced out the block and added a pop of color.
