Block #11 - Book That Made Me Feel Scared. Harvest Home starts off innocently then takes you on a suspenseful, terrifying read. This modern cover had a foreboding look and wasn't as complicated as the original. I spent a lot of effort transforming tan fabric into barnwood using Inktense pencils. I brushed some strong coffee here and there too - whatever it takes! The lightning is embroidered and I used free motion stitching for the title. Lots of learnings making this one!
