When possible, Adventure Workshop Hosts Jenni Smith and Kay Walsh like to pair the featured quilting project with specialty fabrics and/or threads. So, for our upcoming summer adventure, Beatrix Potter: Quilt Tales from the English Lakes, they have thoughtfully compiled the 12 fat quarters of Fableism fabric that Kay uses in her sample mini quilt (based on the original 1863 Potter Wedding Quilt made for Beatrix Potter’s parents, Helen and Rupert). And to take this exciting literary reproduction quilt one step further, we’ve partnered with Aurifil to create a custom thread pack, containing seven 50wt spools in coordinating colors.
